Understand where giveaways, badges, bot activity, and membership benefits appear, and how to check the requirements for each.
A badge, a giveaway prize, a Daily reward, and a membership benefit are different things. Use Badges to explore account achievements, Giveaways for prize events, the bot user panel for Daily progress, and Premium for plan benefits. An achievement in one area does not automatically purchase or unlock an item in another.
Sign in to the 9000INC account you normally use. Link Discord from your profile when checking bot-related activity. If an expected reward is missing, first confirm that the visible account and linked Discord identity are the ones that earned it; opening a second account can make existing progress look absent.
The bot user panel shows your recorded activity and the available Daily reward tiers. Eligible Daily claims build permanent progress, and missing a day does not erase that progress. The panelβs current requirements and availability determine what you can claim; reading a reward description does not perform a claim.
For an event prize, use My rewards on Giveaways to check the recorded award and delivery updates. For a membership benefit, compare the planβs listed inclusions and your current membership status. Some benefits have availability windows or their own requirements, so check the relevant page before assuming an item is included.
Send Support the reward name, where it was earned, roughly when it happened, and any confirmation or visible error. This is more useful than a screenshot of an empty balance alone. Do not share passwords or private sign-in links in a ticket.
