Membership help
How do purchases and plan changes work?

Choose monthly or yearly and review the price in your cart. Purchases are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Renewing the same plan adds time after your current period.

Upgrades can use the unused value of verified paid time as a discount. Free rewards, points-funded time, and payments we cannot verify do not create cash credit. If your remaining credit exceeds a new plan’s price, choose a longer period instead of losing the difference.

A lower-tier plan starts after your current membership ends. Checkout shows your credit, final total, and when the new plan starts before you pay. View your membership and billing.

Can I save membership codes for later?

Yes. Claim a code before its deadline; the membership is saved in your membership rewards until you activate it. Different codes add separate rewards without replacing your current plan.

Activate the same tier to add its time after your existing membership. A reward for another tier stays saved while a different membership is active. Free membership codes do not include the permanent theme bonus reserved for eligible paid purchases.

Are there other ways to qualify for Basic?

Basic benefits can also be available while eligible through a US$100.00+ account balance or an active Discord boost. Those benefits depend on continuing to qualify; they are not a permanent purchase.

What happens to themes and rewards?

Membership theme access lasts while your account remains eligible. Themes you purchase and permanent membership theme rewards remain yours after a membership ends.

Eligible paid membership purchases and renewals can grant a permanent theme reward. The selected plan’s renewal-reward details explain eligibility. When all eligible themes are already owned, the reward waits for a future eligible unowned theme.
